Retry Analytic Run by ID

POST 
/api/v1/runs/:runId/retry

Restarts a failed or canceled analytic run only when its task is active (not deactivated). The response contains the run model after its start time is reset and end time cleared; its status may still show the previous failure or cancellation until background execution updates it. Poll GET /api/v1/runs/{runId} to observe the new execution status.
