PublicStartTimeViewModel

Defines the scheduled start time and evaluation time zone.

startTimestring<date-time>

The local scheduled start date and time in ISO 8601 format (for example, 2026-10-19T09:30:00), interpreted in the specified time zone. The public API rounds this value up to the next 15-minute boundary; values already on a boundary are unchanged.

timeZoneIdstringnullable

The IANA time zone identifier that defines local time (for example, Europe/Berlin).
