Column Selection and Filtering

Runs​

In the Run Overview, you can select or deselect columns (you can't deselect the Run Number and Task) or reset the Overview to Default. You may need to enable specific columns using the column selector in the top-right corner:

  • Run Number (Default)
  • Task (Default)
  • Workspace (Default)
  • Task Type
  • Status (Default)
  • Start Time (Default)
  • End Time (Default)
  • Run created by
  • Run created at
  • Total Duration
  • SAP Systems
  • SQL Server
  • SQL Database
  • Connections
  • Data Strategy
  • Analytic Group
  • Packages

The Filter provides several options to narrow down the results. You can also reset the filters.

  • Task Type: Analytic, Extract, Replication
  • Status: Running, Succeeded, Failed, Canceled
  • Run created by: select one or more users
  • Run created within: All Time, Last hour, Today, This week, This month, This year, Start Date / End Date
  • SAP System: select one or more Connections
  • SQL Server: select one or more Connections
  • Fabric Mirrored Database: select one or more Connections
  • Fabric Lakehouse: select one or more Connections
  • Snowflake: select one or more Connections
  • Azure Data Lake Storage: select one or more Connections
  • Tags: select one or more Tags

Tasks​

In the Task Overview, you can select or deselect columns (you can't deselect the Task Name) or reset the Overview to Default. You may need to enable specific columns using the column selector in the top-right corner:

  • Task Name (Default)
