Webhooks

Note

Only dab Nexus administrators have access to webhooks.

Overview​

The overview shows all the webhooks that currently exist. You can search for a specific webhook, adjust the selection of columns, or create a new webhook.


Creation​

Go to Settings > Webhooks and click on + Webhooks.

Enter the following details:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Events: Choose one or more of the following - 'Started', 'Succeeded' and 'Failed'
  • URL: Enter the URL of the third-party tool that will access this webhook
  • Use HMAC (Hash-based Message Authentication Code): Enable or disable this option (Note: This option can only be set during creation. You'll only see the shared secret once. Make sure you store it safely.)
  • Authentication Type: Choose between 'Anonymous', 'Bearer Token', 'API Key' or 'Username and Password'

Save the new webhook afterwards.


Edit​

Go to Settings > Webhooks. Click on the three dots on the right side of the table entry and select 'Edit'.

You can edit all settings except the HMAC setting.


Deactivate​

Go to Settings > Webhooks. Click on the three dots on the right side of the table entry and select 'Deactivate'.

You can reactivate the webhook in the same way.


Delete​

Go to Settings > Webhooks. Click on the three dots on the right side of the table entry and select 'Delete'.

This action cannot be undone.
