Basic Information
This article provides basic information about our portal.
Access
If you do not have access to our portal yet, you can request it by contacting us at support@dab-gmbh.de.
Login
Open the link to our portal: Portal-Link
The portal is currently only available in English.
Reset Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on Reset it on the login screen.
You will receive an e-mail shortly afterwards describing all the next steps.
Sections
Home
In the Home area, you have tiles. These allow you to access our homepage, knowledge base and support information.
Licenses (only available as Company-Admin)
This area shows the licences for your products. You also have the option of offline activation here. This creates a licence file that can then be activated in the relevant product.
Downloads - Products
In this section you can see all the products that you have purchased or licenced from us.
You will find the following information in each tile:
- Product name and logo
- Version number
- Release-Date of this version
- Size of the download package
- Arrow down to download the installation package.
- Question mark opens our Knowledge Base
Organization - Users
View with the role Company Admin
In this view, you can see all users of your own company who also have access to our customer portal. The following information is visible:
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
- Company
- Last login
- User ID
- Indicator whether the user is active or has been deactivated
View with the role User
As a user, you will see your data stored with us. These include
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
- Company
- Indicator whether your user is active (if deactivated, you can no longer log in to the portal)
- Role
- User ID
Organization - Companies
The following information can be found here:
- Company name
- Company ID
- Partner
- Indicator whether active (if the company is deactivated, the users of this company can no longer log in)
- Indicator whether they are partners or not
Settings
In this section, you can change your account details, customise your email address, change your password and activate two-factor authentication (2FA).
