In the Tasks Overview, the table displays the following information. You may need to enable specific columns using the column selector in the top-right corner. The filter provides several options to narrow down the results.

  1. Task name
  2. Task type - Analytic, Extract, or Replication.
  3. Status - Running, Success, Failure, Canceled.
  4. First run within - All Time, Last hour, Today, This week, This month, This year and calendar functions for Start Date and End Date.
  5. Next run within - Filters scheduled tasks based on their upcoming execution time, allowing you to view tasks set to run within a specified future time window: All Time, Last hour, Today, This week, This month, This year and calendar functions for Start Date and End Date.
  6. Schedule - Displays the configured recurrence interval at which the task is set to execute: Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Real-Time.
  7. Schedule State - Active, Deactivated
  8. Task created by - Task Creator
  9. Task created within - All Time, Last hour, Today, This week, This month, This year and calendar functions for Start Date and End Date.
  10. SAP Systems - A list of all SAP systems referenced in the configured tasks.
  11. SQL Server - A list of all SQL Server instances used in the configured tasks.
  12. Fabric Mirrored Database - A list of all Fabric Mirrored Databases referenced across the defined tasks.
  13. Fabric Lakehouse - A list of all Fabric Lakehouses referenced across the defined tasks.
  14. Snowflake - A list of all Snowflake connections utilized in the configured tasks.
  15. Azure Data Lake Storage - A list of all Azure Data Lake Storage connections utilized in the configured tasks.
  16. Tags - Filter tasks based on the tags assigned to them.
