Overview of Monitor

Updated 5 days ago by Jyothsna Sarali

The Monitor view provides detailed insights into Runs, Tasks, and Resources. It displays when specific Tasks and Runs were executed, their success or failure status, duration, the SAP system used, and more.

You can filter by date, task type, run time, data volume extracted, and associated tags or connections. Depending on the selected view: Runs, Tasks, or Resources. You can customize the Overview by rearranging or modifying columns to fit your preferences.

You can only see the Runs, Tasks, Resources, etc. in the Monitor that you are authorised to see.
The permissions are defined in the respective elements and apply to SAP Systems, SQL Systems, Connections, Workspaces, Tasks and the Runs they contain, Analysis Groups and Packages.

You can find detailed information about the different views available in Monitor in the dedicated articles for Runs, Tasks, and Resources.
