General Information

In this area, you have various options for obtaining information about the registered license and creating a support package in the event of a support case.

Below we explain the options presented here:

  1. General Information via dab Nexus
  • Expiration Date -> Expiration date of the registered license
  • Home Directory -> Directory in which the license file, logs, user exits and the Configuration.json are stored
  • Application Version -> Version of dab Nexus
  • Content Suite Version -> Version of dab:AnalyticSuite (SQL)
  1. SAP Configuration
  • Display of maximum parallel table extractions and slots per SAP system
  • Display of how many SAP systems have already been registered in dab Nexus and the maximum number that can be registered
  1. Administration and Security
  • SSO (Single Sign-On)
    • X -> SSO is not included in the license
    • -> SSO is included in the license
  • Display of how many users have already been created in dab Nexus and the maximum number that can be created
  1. Support & Help
  • You can create a support package here, which you can send to our dab support team in case of any problems
  • Optionally, you can also specify the date from which the log files should be sent (e.g. all log files from 01.04.2023 until the time the support package is created)
  • Open Hangfire -> Overview of all runs per day or week that are successful (green) or failed (red)
  1. Extensions und Third-Party Services
  • Display of the extensions included in the license -> Here Package Studio, Content Studio and Custom Analytics (same marking with X and as for SSO)
  • Display of the third-party services included in the license -> Here Excel and CSV (from version 1.12 also Alteryx) -> same marking with X and as for SSO
  1. Analytic Steps
  • Display of the Analytic Steps contained in the license that can be used in dab Nexus
  1. Upgrade License
  • Display of the user the dab Nexus license was registered to
  • Display of the license key
  • Possibility to update the license via the button (you can find the exact procedure for the update in this article)

dab:AnalyticSuite (SQL) Update

  • Click on Settings -> License & Support
  • Click on the button Update content
  • Chose the File dabNexus_ContentSuite_xxxxx.zip and click on Öffnen
  • The Content Suite Version should now match the uploaded version -> The update of dab:AnalyticSuite (SQL) is complete
