Which data is transferred to Azure?
First, the "Initial Prompt", which contains information about the currently selected analysis, is transferred to Azure. Any subsequent requests made by the user are transferred to Azure together with the previous chat history (see Brief Introduction, esp. figure 2).
Is the customer data transferred to Azure anonymized?
All users, supplier and customer names are transferred to Azure in pseudonymized form. This means that these names are consistently transferred to Azure with pseudonyms.
Where does Azure store and process the data?
The physical storage location of the data in Azure is France. Automatic backups from Microsoft can also be stored in other regions. Other storage locations can be selected on customer request.
The data is processed in a tenant of dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH. A separate, exclusive subscription is created for each customer.
Is customer data shared with other customers?
No, customer data is never shared with other customers.
Is customer data used to train the AI Analyst?
No, we do not use any customer or user data to train the AI Analyst.
When will customer data be deleted?
The "delete" button (see red button to the left of the chat input field in figure 1) entirely removes the chat from the chat window, Power BI and Azure. Once the chat has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
What background knowledge does the LLM use to generate an answer in Azure?
The background knowledge was written by the experts from dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH. The background knowledge is not customer-specific, therefore it does not contain any customer data or information.
Is it the customer's responsibility to create the Power BI dashboard?
No, the Power BI dashboard is provided as a template.
