Error Message could not create datasink
Cause
The error message is thrown at the start of a download if the download directory cannot be reached.
Solution
- First check the connection to the download directory in the dab:Exporter settings.
- To do this, log into the dab:Exporter.
- Select the menu item
Settings - In the settings, click on
Download directories - There you click on the gearwheel symbol at the respective directory, into which you would like to download
- If the connection test is not successful, you should go through the following chapters again
