You have tried to create a channel to a service that does not support .Net Framing. It is possible that you are encountering an HTTP endpoint.
Cause
This error is thrown if the port used by the dab:Exporter is already in use. This blocks the connection and throws the error.
Solution
IIS is still running
Migration may not have been successful. This can be checked by calling the IIS and checking the dab:Exporter connection. The Internet Information Service should no longer contain an entry for the dab:Exporter. It should also no longer be active.
