This error occurs if the files licenseControl.xml and license.xml were not created during installation under the path %public%\dabgmbh\dabexporter [Version]\data.
This may be due to the fact that the user stored in the service does not have the necessary rights.
The bug can be fixed if another user or the network service is given the necessary rights to the service.
