What is the difference between "Slots" and "Slots per System"?
The number of slots is the number of possible downloads that can be started with the dab:Exporter. The number of "slots per system" corresponds to the possible number of connections to the SAP® system.
Example (assuming that your license has 2 slots and 2 slots per system:
- You have started two downloads. The data of the downloads are pulled from the same SAP® system.
- At the first download you have selected the number 2 at Slots for each SAP® system.
- This causes the second download to wait until one of the two slots is ready.
