Unknown host or not online

Cause

This error occurs if the computer name cannot be resolved.

Solution

The error can be fixed by replacing the computer name. The computer name can be replaced by the following information

  • If you have installed the dab:Exporter locally and are on the local device, you can enter the following variants:
    • localhost
    • 127.0.0.1
  • If you have installed dab:Exporter on a server, you can use the following specifications:
    • IP address of the server
    • Name of the server
